The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Its fonts, scripts and images, including the video thumbnails, come from the site's own server; no other service is contacted while you view a page.
The web server records each request in its log files: the IP address, the date and time, the requested address, the referring page and the browser identification. We use these records only to run the site and to protect it against misuse, for example to block repeated failed login attempts to the editing area of the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure site (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). The log files are deleted after 14 days.
Contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your e-mail address and your message. We use them only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Filling in the form is voluntary; without an e-mail address we cannot answer.
The form is sent through the Web3Forms service (Web3Creative, India), which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and forwards the message to our e-mail address. Web3Forms also receives your IP address. Web3Forms keeps a copy of each message for at most three years, and to detect spam it may pass your IP address and e-mail address to the spam filter services CleanTalk and Akismet. The data are therefore transferred outside the European Union (Web3Forms in India, Akismet and CleanTalk in the USA) on the basis of the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. We keep your message in our mailbox for as long as we need it to deal with your request.
Links to other sites
The links to YouTube, Facebook and Instagram are plain links. These services receive data about you only when you follow a link, under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have them corrected or deleted, to restrict their processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise these rights, write to the e-mail address above.
